The Occupational Health and Safety Training course is designed to provide security personnel with a comprehensive understanding of workplace safety practices and regulations. This training aims to cultivate a culture of safety, ensuring participants can identify potential hazards, prevent accidents, and maintain a secure environment for themselves and others. The course covers a range of topics, from ergonomic safety to emergency response planning, equipping guards with the knowledge to support a healthy and safe workplace.

At the end of the training, participants will be able to:
- Recognize and mitigate potential workplace hazards, including physical, chemical, and biological risks.
- Apply ergonomic principles to reduce the risk of injury and enhance workplace safety and comfort.
- Understand and comply with workplace health and safety legislation, standards, and best practices.
- Respond effectively to workplace emergencies, including fire safety, evacuation procedures, and first aid.
- Foster a safety-oriented culture by encouraging the reporting of safety concerns and participating in safety meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have no criminal history
- Understand, speak and write French
