This Use of Force training program is meticulously crafted to educate security personnel on the legal and ethical implications of using force in their line of duty. It emphasizes conflict resolution, situational awareness, and the judicious application of force, ensuring that all actions taken are proportional, lawful, and necessary for the situation at hand.

At the end of the training, the graduate will be able to:
- Understand the legal frameworks and ethical considerations surrounding the use of force in security operations.
- Assess and de-escalate potentially volatile situations effectively to minimize the need for physical intervention.
- Apply non-lethal techniques and tools, such as batons and pepper spray, in a manner that is safe and compliant with regulations.
- Make informed decisions about when and how to employ lethal force in situations where it is legally justified.
- Document and report use-of-force incidents accurately and in accordance with legal requirements and organizational policies.
Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have no criminal history
- Understand, speak and write French
