This training module prepares security personnel to respond effectively to active shooter situations, emphasizing rapid assessment, decision-making, and tactical response. The course is designed to build confidence and skills in handling high-stress scenarios, ensuring the safety and security of all individuals involved.

Upon completing this course, participants will be able to:
- Identify the characteristics and patterns of behavior associated with active shooters.
- Implement effective lockdown procedures to minimize exposure and risk to individuals.
- Apply critical first-aid techniques to assist victims before medical professionals arrive.
- Communicate with law enforcement and emergency response teams during an incident.
- Utilize de-escalation techniques and when necessary, engage directly to neutralize the threat safely.
Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have no criminal history
- Understand, speak and write French
